AUS: Patties appoints managing director

Australian frozen foods group Patties Foods announced today (27 March) that it has appointed a new managing director.

Greg Bourke, who was previously appointed CEO in September last year, will take up the new role with immediate effect.

Last month, the company reported that its half-year profits had dropped despite a rise in sales.

For the six months ended 31 December net profit was down 35% to A$4.7m (US$3.1m).
