Family-owned investment company Arrovest has acquired a 21% stake in So Natural Foods after it submitted a market takeover bid of A$0.50 per share for the Australian dairy concern.
Arrovest now holds 9,385,063 ordinary shares in So Natural, the investment form told the Australian Stock Exchange. It previously held 8,771,289 shares in the company.
