Egg producer and retailer Farm Pride has revealed that it has bought Golden Days Natural Products from Heinz Watties Australasia.

The health-snacks company posted a A$3m (US$1.6m) turnover for the 2001-2002 financial year.

No financial details of the deal were provided.
