Australian baked goods manufacturer George Weston is reported to have put its flagship biscuit and cakes division up for sale.
The company, which is owned by the UK’s Associated British Foods, has reportedly asked its financial adviser UBS Warburg to handle the sale.
US food giant Kraft, Green’s Foods and Paradise are all thought to be interested in buying the division, reported the Australian Associated Press.
