Kraft is preparing to inaugurate the new US$40m manufacturing facility in Bahrain that will supply all Kraft products to the Middle East and Africa.

Annually, the 60,000 square-meter facility will produce around 60,000 tones of Kraft products, including Tang, Kraft Cream Cheese Spread and Kraft Cheddar Cheese.
Patrick Satamian, VP and area director Middle East and Africa said: “The Middle East and Africa are important markets for Kraft Foods. The Bahrain plant opening gives us a competitive edge in growing our market share in this region as it will enable us to meet consumer demand more efficiently and quickly”.
