The deal has been approved by the Belgian Competition Authorities and both the due diligence process and the audit of the closing accounts have been successfully completed.
Colruyt is taking over the Spar formula in Belgium, as well as four A-cash outlets, 21 Battard stores, five Central Cash stores and a distribution centre and administrative department in Pommeroeul, reported Dow Jones International News.
