
Grupo Bimbo is launching a flatbread in Spain.
Bimbo Flats are a line the company said are "ideal" for sandwiches because they are thin but can also hold "any type of filling". Bimbo said it is targeting family consumption as a "practical solution" for "any time of the day".
Bimbo Flats come in packs of eight for EUR1.59 (US$1.79).
Bimbo has launched a series of products in Spain this year. Last month, Bimbo announced its Bony branded cake will return to the Spanish market after a social media campaign was launched this summer.
In April, Bimbo introduced spicy snacks brand Takis into the Spanish market. Takis is a brand on sale in the US and Mexico. Bimbo has launched two flavours in Spain: fuego and queso TNT.
A month earlier, Bimbo launched bagels under the Thomas brand in Spain.
