Blue Bell Creameries has once again expanded its product recall after additional products manufactured at its Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, plant tested positive for listeria.

The company, which had previously suspended operations at the plant, has added banana pudding ice cream pints – which tested positive for listeria – and additional products manufactured on the same line to its recall list. Other ice cream pints now added to the recall include: mint chocolate chip, butter crunch, cookies n' cream, homemade vanilla, Dutch chocolate and rainbow sherbet.

Blue Bell initially recalled ten products from the market after the consumption of its single-serve ice cream and milkshake products was connected to the contraction of listeria in five hospital patients in Kansas. The listeria outbreak has to date been linked to three fatalities.

Listeria has been detected on products made in Broken Arrow and another Blue Bell production site in Brenham, Texas.
