A move by French dairy group Bongrain to change its name to Savencia Fromage & Dairy has been rubber-stamped at the company's AGM.
Bongrain made the announcement alongside its sales figures for the first quarter of 2015. Sales dipped 1% to EUR1.09bn amid a fall in global dairy commodity prices.
