“Maple Leaf Simply Fresh is a revolution in fresh food,” said Kathy Whidden, VP of innovation and brand development. “The revolution is that not only are these products nutritious and delicious, they are fresh and refrigerated, never frozen and give the vibrant colours, textures and tastes that you would expect from fresh foods.”


The range will carry quick reference wellness indicators, Maple Leaf said, providing consumers with easy to follow information on the products nutritional content.
