Fujian-based fruit grower and processor China Green (Holdings), is planning to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
China Green has total net assets of RMB210m (US$25.4m) and a registered capital of RMB15m. In the year to 30 April 2003, China Green posted a net profit of RMB117m on revenues of RMB251m.
The company exports over 80% of its products to Japan.
