Chinese seafood and snack group China Marine has predicted that sales in 2010 will be greater than US$80m, with growth driven by new products and expanded distribution.
Net income in the year to the end of December 2010 is also expected to increase “significantly”, boosted by additional sales, stable margins and efficiencies.
China Marine net income guidance stands at $18m, the company said.
“We are confident that our distribution base will meet our targets for the year and goals to expand their respective customer base,” chairman Pengfei Liu said. “We see a continued pace of growth for the balance of the year, 2009, and leading through 2010.”
