China Marine Food Group said today (7 January) it plans to double capacity at its Shi Shi processing plant.
The company, which makes seafood-based snack foods and fresh and frozen marine catch, said the expansion would take annual output at the facility to 20,000 tonnes.
The US$5m investment is expected to be complete by the third quarter of the year.
