Carrefour, the world’s second-largest retailer, has opened its first Carrefour Express store in Colombia.
The outlet has opened in the Colombian capital of Bogota and adds to Carrefour’s existing business in the country.

At the end of 2010, Carrefour had 73 hypermarkets in Colombia. Last year, the French company opened its first Atacadao wholesale store in the country.
