ConAgra Foods has confirmed that it will stop manufacturing RyKrisp crackers due to “low demand” for the product.

As a consequence of the move, ConAgra will shutter a dedicated production facility in Minnesota. Around 15 jobs will reportedly be cut.

A spokesperson for the group told just-food: “After a careful evaluation of our options, we have decided to stop making the RyKrisp cracker due to low demand for the product. Employees impacted by the transition are eligible to apply for other positions with ConAgra Foods. The plant will close in March and we informed employees in mid-January so they had as much notice as possible.”
