The companies have agreed to establish a joint venture under the name of Dodoni Ice Cream (Cyprus) Ltd, in which Dodoni will control a 26% stake.


The Christi’s Dairies Ltd production unit, which is owned by the Siakola group, will become the centre of production for Dodoni in Cyprus.
