An agreement between Greek company Dodoni Ice Cream and domestic group Siakola has paved the way for the launch of the ice cream brand on the Cypriot market.

The companies have agreed to establish a joint venture under the name of Dodoni Ice Cream (Cyprus) Ltd, in which Dodoni will control a 26% stake.
The Christi’s Dairies Ltd production unit, which is owned by the Siakola group, will become the centre of production for Dodoni in Cyprus.
