Workers at the Lunden mustard production factory in Turku, southern Finland, are protesting against a decision made by Unilever Finland to move production of Abo Senap mustard to a factory in Uppsala, eastern Sweden.
Unilever Finland, the Finnish unit of Anglo-Dutch food and consumer products group Unilever, has said the decision to move the production to Uppsala is in order to rationalise its production operations.
Abo Senap mustard has a 60% share of the Finnish mustard market, reported the Finnish News Digest.
