Carrefour, the world’s second-largest retailer, is mulling whether to leave its headquarters north-west of Paris to save costs.
The French retail giant is considering plans to quit the Levallois-Perret site to trim its rental costs.
A spokesperson for Carrefour said a final decision had not been made and said the company was studying its plans.
Carrefour is set to publish a trading statement to outline its 2009 sales later today (14 January).
