Premium desserts maker Gü has appointed former Lindt & Sprungli executive Frank Guignon as director general of its French operation.
Guignon replaces Kate Lucas, who will now be in charge of developing the US operations of the brand, which is owned by UK egg producer Noble Foods.

He previously spent 15 years working for chocolatier Lindt, including ten years as head of sales management. Before that he worked in sales and marketing for Unilever and L’Oreal.
