The strikes affecting Canadian food giant McCain Foods in France have ended.
McCain said workers at its plant in Matougues in north-east France had agreed a pay deal and ended their industrial action, which began on 27 November.
The employees at Matougues accepted the same offer that ended a four-day stoppage at another McCain plant in Harnes in northern France.
The main elements of the deal are a wage increase of 2.2% for 2012 and a one-off gross bonus of EUR200. Workers at Matougues had at one stage been looking for a pay hike of 10%.
The agreement follows the intervention of a mediator yesterday.
McCain said output had continued at the plants during the strikes and it had been able to call on stocks from other facilities to meet its delivery commitments.
