“The objective of the Shopper Center is to study the behaviour of consumers in close collaboration with the retailer groups,” a Paris-based Nestlé spokesperson told just-food.
The Center, a copy of the facility the Swiss group already has in place in St Louis, Missouri, in the US – a miniature hypermarket covering 600 sq m – will enter service next Wednesday (8 July), the spokesperson added.
