French own-label fresh pizza maker Delistar has closed its manufacturing site in Seclin, near Lille, northern France.
After two months in administration, no buyer could be found for the struggling business.
Delistar was once a member of the Lesquin group, leaving in 1998 to move into a former Danone site at Seclin. In 1999, it became part of the Finalim group.
In May, chief executive Jean-Pierre Le Carpentier told the Lille Tribunal de Commerce that a closure was justified due to low profitability and the high level of investment needed to the keep the business going.
The bakery equipment will be auctioned off and the building sold. Some 75 staff have lost their jobs.
