Mann Packing, a US vegetable and fruit business acquired by Fresh Del Monte Produce almost three years ago, has opened a new facility in California.
The 130,000 square-foot site in the city of Gonzales will supply fresh vegetables and fruit, coleslaw and Mann’s range of Nourish Bowl salads, and becomes the company’s fifth production plant. The other factories are located in Salinas, Chualar and Delhi, all in California, along with a facility in Yuma, Arizona.
