The sales target was revealed by Harsh Baradur, CEO of Metro’s Indian subsidiary, reported Dow Jones News, citing a report in Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
Metro, the world’s fifth largest retailer, plans to open its first Indian outlet in Bangalore next month.
