GERMANY: Meggle to become a joint stock company in 2002
German dairy firm Meggle is set to become a joint stock company (AG - Aktiengesellschaft) in 2002, according to the company’s owner Toni Meggle . Meggle explained earlier today [Tuesday] that the company, which expects to post a turnover of €500m (US$443.3m) for this year, will consist of four subsidiaries.
