Greek sugar producer Hellenic Sugar Industry has posted a turnover of €76.3m (US$76.5m) for the first quarter of the 2002/2003 fiscal year, compared to €81.5m for the same period last year.
Greek sugar producer Hellenic Sugar Industry has posted a turnover of €76.3m (US$76.5m) for the first quarter of the 2002/2003 fiscal year, compared to €81.5m for the same period last year.
The company posted pre-tax profit for the first quarter of €5.5m, compared to €6m for the same period last year. Gross profit margin was 15.24% for the first quarter, compared to 14.9% for the first quarter of last year, reported the Greek News Digest.
