US confectionery giant Hershey has shaken up its leadership team in an attempt to take the business “to the next level”.
The most prominent change is Steve Voskuil, who joins as chief financial officer (CFO) and senior vice president on 13 May.
Voskuil, who takes over from the retiring Patricia Little, joins the chocolate giant from Avanos Medical, a global medical device company, where he has served as CFO since 2014.

Grover has worked in nearly all of Hershey’s international markets and, most recently, he “designed and led the turnaround of Hershey’s China business”, the company said.
He succeeds Steven Schiller, who is leaving the company.
Among other moves, Jason Reiman, previously vice president, supply chain operations has been promoted to chief supply chain officer effective 1 June.
