Confectioners will be among the companies exhibiting at the IFE trade exhibition in London next week.


One confectioner, UK firm Kiss, will be rolling-out a sugar-free candy range of premium sweets, as well as a range of sweeteners, at the exhibition, which runs from 15-18 March.


The company will also be unveiling a consultancy service to offer technical help and advice for manufacturers.


Catering for those with a nut allergy, UK company It’s Nut Free will be launching four products at the London event.


Truffle Fudge snack bags will be one of the company’s developments to be showcased in the Britain Hall of the Excel centre.

From Austria, dessert and ice cream maker Göttinger will be in attendance to launch its Süße G’schichten Moussini handmade mousse dessert. Two varieties will be unveiled including white chocolate and poppyseed-plum purée filling.


Moving to organic products and Sharpham Park, the premium organic spelt food label by Roger Saul, founder of fashion label Mulberry, will be launching additions to its product range at the event.


The company will be introducing an addition to its existing organic spelt granola range, as well as Speltotto Mixes in three flavours; Tomato & Chili, Coriander & Garlic with Thyme and Pumpkin & Shallot.


To complete the new range, the company will also be unveiling Sharpham Park chilled spelt pastas which include Spinach and Ricotta Organic Spelt Tortoloni and Organic Spelt Taglionlini.
