After enjoying success with brands such as Alpenliebe, Center Fresh, Mentos and Happydent, Perfetti Van Melle India, has launched fried and non-fried snack products under the locally-developed Stop Not brand.

Sameer Suneja, PVMI’s managing director, told just-food that the company hopes to capitalise on growing demand for snacks and food-on-the-go.

“The salty snacks category has seen a lot of action in the recent past. As the economy grows and there is more acceptance of food-on-the-go, the category should grow further,” Suneja suggested.
