US food producer Pillsbury will increase its stake in its local joint venture company Godrej Pillsbury by 5.5%. Through a preferential issue, the company will seek to increase its holding from 51% to 56.5%.
Godrej Pillsbury was established as a joint venture with Indian company the Godrej Group.
