Tricon subsidiaries Pizza Hut and KFC have reached an agreement
with Burger King plan to amalgamate their distribution and logistic infrastructure
in Israel. Maariv reports that logistic and distribution costs comprise
a large share of the overall expenses of the fastfood chains, "hence the
logic behind the decision to unify these operations."

The report said that recently Burger Ranch and Dominos Pizza negotiated the option
to combine their distribution infrastructure.
