The Arbitration Center for Industrial Property in Japan has received a formal complaint against a third party from supermarket giant Ito-Yokado . The retailer is protesting that its name was registered as an Internet domain name in 1999 by a third party. The site, www.itoyokado.co.jp
The retailer is protesting that its name was registered as an Internet domain name in 1999 by a third party. The site, www.itoyokado.co.jp, apparently links to the sties of Ito-Yokado and other major supermarkets in its function as an online shopping mall.
