Japanese soy sauce producer Kikkoman Corp. has enjoyed rising sales and earnings during the first nine months of its fiscal year.

The company said today (12 February) that operating income jumped 16.3% to just under JPY20bn (US$186.2m) in the period to 31 December.
Net sales rose 6.3% to JPY315.5bn thanks, the company said, to “robust growth” overseas.
