Seven & i Holdings saw earnings growth in 2013, supported by sales gains throughout the year.
In a regulatory filing the company said today (3 April) that operating profit for the 12 months rose 14.8% to JPY339.66bn. Net profit increased to JPY277.18bn, from JPY196.78bn.
Profits were boosted by an improvement in operating margin and a 12.8% increase in full-year sales. Revenue rose to JPY5.63trn, up from JPY4.99trn in 2012.
