Japanese dairy products firm Snow Brand Milk Products has said it has raised its consolidated sales estimate for the first half of fiscal 2003 to ¥161bn (US$1.34bn) from ¥150bn.
The revision came as the company reported sales for the April to June quarter that beat its earlier estimate by 8%.
Group sales for the first quarter were ¥80.8bn, the company said. No comparison was available.
The company stuck with its first-half net profit guidance of ¥500m. It also left unchanged its full-year group sales forecast of ¥310bn, reported Jiji Press.
