Rokiskio Suris, Lithuania’s largest dairy producer, has posted net profit for the first nine months of the year of LTL10.053m (US$3.69m), a decline of 33.6% from the comparable period of last year.

Sales for the period increased by 13.6% to LTL377.58m, the company said in a statement to the Vilnius stock exchange. Nonetheless, Rokiskio Suris said that unfavourable market trends had forced it to cut its full-year profit guidance to LTL13m, down from LTL30.5m reported last year.
