Plantation company Kulim (Malaysia) Berhad has announced that it is buying 36.7% of poultry producer QSR Brands Berhad.
“Upon completion of the SPA, Kulim will be obliged to extend a mandatory general offer for the remaining shares in QSR,” the company said in an announcement to the Kuala Lumpur stock exchange.
