Dutch dairy manufacturer Campina has purchased a German plant for the production of low fat soft cheese. According to Dutch paper Financiele Telegraaf , Campina is aiming to consolidate its position as market leader in the production of this quark cheese ( Schichtkäse ) in Germany.
