NETHERLANDS: Numico appoints Christopher Britton to its executive board
Dutch food and nutrition group Royal Numico has announced that it has appointed Christopher P. Britton as a new member of the executive board, responsible for the baby food division. Britton’s appointment was approved by the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders on 16 December 2002.

Britton’s appointment was approved by the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders on 16 December 2002.
The actual commencement of his employment was expected to be in the course of the first quarter of 2003. Numico has confirmed that Britton started in his new position as of 1 February 2003.
