Super de Boer, the Dutch retailer set to be taken over by privately-owned retailer Jumbo, said today (8 December) that its shareholders has approved the deal.
Investors in Super de Boer, which is majority-owned by French retail giant Groupe Casino, met in Amsterdam today to vote on the EUR552.4m (US$814.8m) takeover.
The sale is expected to be completed on 18 December.
