Super de Boer, the Dutch retailer, today (16 September) posted a 4.2% rise in like-for-like sales for its third quarter to 7 September.
The company said its third-quarter consumer sales of EUR470m (US$667.3m) were flat on the year but, as they were generated from 29 fewer stores, sales on a like-for-like basis had improved.
Net sales were up from EUR369m to EUR373m.
Super de Boer CEO Jan Brouwer said: “We are pleased with this performance. Super de Boer is on course and moving in the right direction.”
