Dutch authorities have said they have found two suspected cases of avian influenza in the south of the country, outside the central Gelderland province where the virus had so far been contained.
The first test results for the highly contagious virus have proved positive at a farm in Teeffelen in North Brabant, and another in Ospel in Limburg province, reported Reuters.
Although other suspected cases have emerged outside the Gelderland province, final tests have so far proved negative.
