Ovis Boske employs some 100 staff. The management team will be retained and former owners and directors Alex and Christopher Odekerken will remain until the end of the year to facilitate the transition.
The transaction is part of parent company Gruma Corporation’s strategy to increase its presence in Europe. Gruma is based in Mexico.
