Dutch food group Royal Wessanen has moved to buy the rights to the dairy-alternative brand So Good in Europe.

Wessanen said today (2 July) that it had struck a deal with the brand’s owners – UK-based So Good International and the Australian Conference Association – for an undisclosed sum.

Kallo Foods, Wessanen’s UK arm, will run the So Good business, which is the second-largest dairy alternative brand in the UK with its range of soy-based beverages.
