Later this year, the non-production offices of BOAS B.V., Beckers Holding and the head office of Wessanen will move to a single location at Beneluxlaan 9 in Utrecht.


The company said Utrecht was selected as the new location because it is centrally situated with good infrastructure. The office will accommodate around 175 employees.


“Merging the sales and marketing activities of BOAS and Beckers in one Dutch organisation will increase marketing efficiency and cut costs. Bringing together these operations will improve the dynamics and synergy between head office and the new organisation. The new premises will be tailor-made: easy to reach, good facilities, and a perfect match between our needs and the image that we want,” said Wessanen CEO Ad Veenhof.
