Dutch food giant Koninklijke Wessanen has revealed that it is to respond to shareholders´ requests for more intensive sharing of information by hosting an informative Shareholders Meeting on Wednesday 28 August 2002, at 2pm at the Hilton hotel in Amsterdam.

The requests for more information were made during the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in April 2002.
During the meeting, the firm said that the following items will be discussed: notes to the interim results 2002, outlook on the results of 2002 and following years, corporate strategy and corporate governance.
