Anglo-Dutch consumer goods giant Unilever has said it plans to sell its edible oil business in Pakistan as part of its strategy to focus on core brands.


Unilever said it was still committed to investing in the country, despite the planned sale, reported Dow Jones News.


Dalda, Unilever’s edible oil business in Pakistan, has PKR767m (US$13.5m) in assets, analysts said.
