Former Conagra Brands executive Darcy Zbinovec has been named as the CEO of fellow US business Panos Foods.

New Jersey-based Panos, which specialises in better-for-you, natural and organic products, has appointed someone with more than 20 years’ experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.

Most recently she was CEO at Ehrmann Commonwealth Dairy. Zbinovec has also served as CEO at Among Friends, a start-up natural baking mix company and held positions at at Conagra, Sara Lee Corporation and Kahiki Foods.

Mike Foisy, chairman of Panos’s board of directors, said: “Darcy’s experience implementing a culture of innovation in a wide variety of food businesses as well as managing multiple transformations will be an immediate asset for the Panos brand.

“The board is confident Panos will benefit from Darcy’s proven CPG track record and commitment to fostering growth.”
