The Ayala Corporation has confirmed in a statement that a number of groups have expressed interest in the company’s PhilKing Restaurants Development Corporation subsidiary.
The local and foreign groups have signed a confidentiality agreement however, which will allow them access to financial information about the company, the Philippines franchise holder for the Burger King fastfood chain.
